AN IMPORTANT TRIAL FOR THE MESH COMMUNITY; AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM THE MESH COMMUNITY
January 25, 2015
If you don't know what's going on with the polypropylene litigation, you can follow coverage by @JaneAkre, sponsored by @themeshwarrior and TMWF here: http://www.tmwfoundation.org/mesh_research_news_stream
Our amazing #TMWF community at-large came up a with a total of $180 plus shipping to donate 4 bracelets to the remaining members of the Budke family; Mr. Budke and three adult children, two women and one man. Though I can't say for sure, I am sure the the Budke family also includes grandchildren. Three of the four members of Mrs. Budke's family took to the stand, and I imagine it had to be one of the hardest days, maybe even the hardest single moments of their lives, except the moment they all lost their loved one.
Our goal is that the Budkes will know, as you all do, that they are not alone, that they have a community and a Family of Chance across the U.S. and even across the globe. #TMWF supports the injured and family members alike.
I'm very proud of our community for raising the $180 with little time. I know out of our community, those who emerged to donate in this situation will grow as our Mission | Vision | and Values becomes more and more visibly fulfilled over time.
If you'd like to donate, please do so here.
Include your name if you'd like to be recognized as giving in honor of Mrs. Budke, or you may remain anonymous if you choose. Just let us know, and either is greatly appreciated and a wonderful, treasured gesture!
